SBA 7A and LoDoc Loan Preparation

We prepare SBA 7A and LoDoc loan preliminaries and applications for eligible applicants. After successful screening of an applicant by a bank, we meet with the applicant to complete the 7A and LoDoc loan application.

Preparation can include a complete loan package including analysis, projections, typing and obtaining signatures.

The SBDA will underwrite the 7A and LoDoc loan preparation costs.

SBA/CDC 504 Program

Description
The program offers subordinated mortgage financing to healthy and expanding eligible small commercial and industrial business concerns. The incentives of long term (10 or 20 years) fixed interest rate, low down payment and reasonable priced financing (near long-term U.S. Treasury bond rates) are combined into one loan package.

What Can Be Financed Using The 504?
Land, buildings and equipment can be financed with the 504. Items not eligible include; inventory, accounts receivable, working capital, etc.

How Much Can The Project Be?
Up to $1 million with a minimum of $125,000 of the eligible project cost. However, the SBA 504 participation portion cannot exceed 40% of project cost. Private sector financing is 50% with owner injection of at least 10%.

We assist in various aspects of the business plan including the executive summary, marketing plan, human resource section, operations section, and financial section.
